We managed the live programme for BDK in Denmark, overseeing 11 rollouts covering a total track length of 1800 km for the EAST regions. This involved managing signalling and infrastructure upgrades with a team of seven planners. We also led the signalling program, ensuring compliance with safety approvals and implementing the APIS system. Additionally, we managed delay, earned value, and resources through P6, reporting at all levels. Technical meetings were chaired to make impactful decisions, covering various upgrade works such as substation supply, HV feeders, cable route management, rail bridges, passenger lifts, and track alignment.
