In our role, we provided comprehensive support for project delivery, including issue resolution, progress reporting, and budget management. Notably, we oversaw a 1.9km cable route project, securing approvals and facilitating procurement discussions. Additionally, we assisted the Project Manager in governance, risk management, and stakeholder relations. We also contributed to training initiatives and educational outreach programs to NR New PMs.
