As a team, we were responsible for producing feasibility, design, and construction programmes for structure renewals within Network Rail’s Southern Territory. We also formulated yearly business plans and provided periodic reporting to Network Rail management. Coordination of contractor contributions and managing over 100 schemes valued between £25 to £30 million were part of our duties. Additionally, we handled worksite and possession planning and established new partnerships as part of Civils’ Framework Agreements.
