As a team, we oversaw the planning of HS2 ONW (On-Network) and reviewed MCCW (Main Civil Contractor Works) projects. Leading a team of planners, we coordinated with stakeholders, developed project plans, managed schedules and budgets, and ensured compliance. We also handle monthly reporting, including BMR and PMP, and oversee Give/Get Milestone management. Additionally, we support the risk management team by identifying and addressing potential project risks. Overall, we play a crucial role in ensuring efficient project execution while meeting stakeholder expectations and industry standards.
