We ensured identification and formal instruction of additional work to the client, identified delay risks, developed short-term lookahead programmes for 3rd Party asset works, reported on site progress and recorded delays, supported the training of junior staff, reviewed monthly Clause 32 programme submissions, participated in weekly progress meetings, and liaised with TfL Resident Engineer, 3rd Party stakeholders, and Highway section workers to plan safely.
