We set up a planning department and implemented Primavera Software for asset management. Our responsibilities involved creating construction programs for various projects, such as permanent way renewals, station regeneration, and bridge building. We also managed subcontractor contributions for support services nationally. Key projects we oversaw include the Southern Region Traction Power Upgrade, East Anglia Structures Framework Contract, and facilitating Driver Only Operated trains for C2C.
